Proton e.MAS has successfully completed the rollout of its new Corporate Identity (CI) with the opening of six newly designed showrooms across Malaysia, marking another milestone in the brand’s nationwide expansion and reaffirming its commitment to delivering a more seamless, premium and customer-centric EV ownership experience.
The new showrooms embody the brand’s latest retail concept, creating a consistent customer experience while supporting Proton e.MAS’s continued growth as Malaysia’s No. 1 xEV brand.
The opening of the six new Corporate Identity showrooms also expands the Proton e.MAS network to 58 dealerships, supported by 45 service centres and 10 Body & Paint centres nationwide. This ensures customers have access to comprehensive sales and aftersales support wherever they are.
The new showrooms are operated by AJG Mobility (Proton e.MAS Bukit Jalil), Mbf EV Auto (Proton e.MAS Jalan Sultan Ismail), Dunia Auto (Proton e.MAS Temerloh), Promas EV (Proton e.MAS Batu Pahat), BH Autotech (Proton e.MAS Taiping) and GB Auto (Proton e.MAS Kulim).
Speaking on the nationwide rollout, Mr Zhang Qiang, CEO of PRO-NET, said, “The new Corporate Identity represents the next evolution of the Proton e.MAS brand. As we continue to grow, so too must the experience we deliver to our customers. We wanted everyone to feel welcomed, reassured and confident the moment they step through our doors.”
Designed around the principles of simplicity, comfort, and innovation, the new retail concept introduces a clean, contemporary environment that reflects the maturity of the Proton e.MAS brand. Warm natural materials, carefully curated colours and improved lighting create a welcoming atmosphere. At the same time, the full-height glass façade allows more natural light into the showroom.
Beyond aesthetics, the new Corporate Identity has also been designed to support future growth. Larger showroom footprints, ranging from approximately 950 to 1,400 square metres, enable dealers to showcase more vehicles while expanding aftersales operations with increased service capacity, more technical talent and shorter customer waiting times.
The completion of the six-showroom rollout represents another significant step in Proton e.MAS’ long-term strategy to strengthen its retail presence, elevate customer experience and accelerate the adoption of electric mobility across Malaysia.
